Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own attribution, end to end — maintain the attribution models and touchpoint definitions, and be the go-to when a stakeholder asks why the numbers moved.
- →Test where it matters, inside the ad platforms — design and run geo tests and conversion lift studies directly in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- →Build the roadmap, not just answer tickets — pick up and drive the incrementality - testing roadmap within the first few months.
- →Referee, don't take sides — help channel teams and Finance agree on what the numbers actually say.
- →Use AI across the workflow, from making sense of a stakeholder's ask to shipping the dashboard that answers it.
- Has owned an attribution model, not just read one — can explain last-click vs first-click and has navigated a real team disagreement over it.
- Has tested incrementality inside ad platforms — geo tests or conversion lift studies in Google Ads/Meta Ads.
- Adapts the message to the room — explains technical results to non-technical stakeholders, knows what's their call to make.
- Self-sufficient in SQL and a BI tool (Snowflake, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Uses AI as part of the workflow.
- Real ownership from day one — no inherited playbook, you build the roadmap.
- A stack that's already there — Snowflake, Tableau, AI-forward team.
- Your own lane to grow into, distinct from the senior data scientists.
- Stakes that matter — your calls influence real budget allocation.
