Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. Additional Job Description Role Summary: Owns end‑to‑end synthesis for complex blocks and drives QoR closure independently. Key Responsibilities: Own synthesis from RTL to final netlist, drive timing/congestion/area/power optimization, define synthesis strategies, debug complex issues, mentor juniors, improve automation. Qualifications: BS/MS EE, 5 yrs synthesis experience, strong QoR & SDC expertise, Tcl/Python.
