DFT - Engineer

## Company: Qualcomm India Private Limited ## Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Hardware Engineering General Summary: * Knowledge on DFT concepts, pattern simulation, Silicon debug and yield enhancement * Knowledge on/ hands-on experience in ATPG - coverage analysis. * Knowledge of Memory verification, repair and failure root-cause analysis. * Knowledge on any of these tools is required o ATPG - TestKompress o MBIST - Mentor ETVerify o Simulation - VCS (preferred), modelsim. * Scripting languages such as Perl, shell, etc. is an added advantage * Ability to work in an international team, dynamic environment with good communication skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, methodologies. * Ability to do multi-tasking & work on several high priority designs in parallel * 1-4 yrs experience in DFT/ATPG/BIST Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
