We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on fitting and welding sheet metal components based on detailed specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy in every build.

Perform MIG welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions

Fit and assemble sheet metal components using clamps and fixtures

Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and welding symbols

Inspect and measure finished work using calipers, templates, and other tools

Weld various materials including steel, aluminum, and alloys

Perform tack welding, grinding, heat bending, and assembly as needed

Determine appropriate welding techniques for each job

Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance

Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Minimum of 3 years of MIG welding experience

Experience working with light gauge sheet metal (.060” to 1/4” thickness required)
