We are looking for an organized and proactive Order Fulfillment Project Coordinator to oversee customer orders throughout the production lifecycle in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key link between multiple departments, ensuring orders move efficiently from entry through final shipment while maintaining accurate project information and delivery schedules.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics teams to support timely execution of customer orders and provide clear communication regarding project status and milestones.
Coordinate customer orders from initial release through production, shipment, and project completion.
Verify order details, configurations, and documentation to ensure accuracy before processing.
Monitor project progress, including material readiness, manufacturing schedules, testing activities, and shipping timelines.
Maintain up-to-date records within ERP systems and internal project tracking tools.
Work cross-functionally with production, procurement, quality assurance, engineering, and logistics teams to support successful order execution.
Communicate order status updates and schedule changes to customers and internal stakeholders.
Identify potential delays or scheduling concerns and escalate issues as needed to minimize delivery risks.
Assist with transportation planning, shipping documentation, and customer-specific fulfillment requirements.
Prepare and distribute project reports and order status summaries.
Support process improvement efforts focused on scheduling efficiency, order visibility, and workflow optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
One to three years of experience in project support, order management, operations coordination, customer service, or inside sales within a manufacturing setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience working with ERP platforms and project-tracking software.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strong follow-through on assigned tasks.
Experience supporting industrial, electrical, or electromechanical manufacturing operations.
Familiarity with configure-to-order (CTO), make-to-order (MTO), or similar production environments.
Exposure to industrial equipment, power systems, or related products.
Experience coordinating transportation, shipping, and logistics activities.
CAPM certification or interest in pursuing a project management credential.
