Pay Rate: Starting at $25.00 per hour, with higher rates available based on experience 
Schedule: Multiple shifts available 

We are seeking experienced Welders, Fitters, and Fabricators to join growing manufacturing and steel fabrication teams in the Richmond and Ashland areas. This role involves working with structural steel components, interpreting fabrication drawings, performing welding and fitting operations, and contributing to the production of high-quality steel products.

Candidates with experience in structural steel fabrication, carbon steel welding, and blueprint interpretation are encouraged to apply.

  • Day Shift
  • Night Shift
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8-hour and 10-hour shift options available
  • Overtime opportunities may be available based on production needs
  • Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work instructions
  • Fit, fabricate, and assemble structural steel components, including I-beams and related assemblies
  • Perform welding operations using Flux Core and Dual Shield processes
  • Measure, lay out, and prepare materials according to specifications
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
  • Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and production teams to meet project schedules
  • Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and fabrication drawings
  • Experience fitting and fabricating structural steel, including I-beams
  • Experience welding or fitting carbon steel components
  • Knowledge of Flux Core and/or Dual Shield welding processes
  • Previous structural welding experience or formal welding training/education
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • AWS D1.1 Certification
  • Advanced structural steel fabrication experience
  • Multi-process welding experience
