IT Provider Manager (German speeking)

Acting as the primary point of contact between key IT service providers and internal stakeholders.

Monitoring and analysing provider performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.

Organising structured service provider performance reviews and ensuring continuous alignment with business requirements and service expectations.

Coordinating issue resolution and managing escalations effectively while maintaining long-term and constructive provider relationships.

Identifying service improvement opportunities and supporting continuous optimisation initiatives.

Ensuring the effective integration of external service providers into IT operations and service delivery processes.

Supporting procurement activities, contract renewals, renegotiations, and terminations, as well as contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the Provider Management Framework.

University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Law, or another related field.

Experience in managing external IT service providers within a multinational environment.

Strong knowledge of IT outsourcing, multi-provider operating models, and IT contract management.

Experience in defining, monitoring, and reporting on SLAs.

Understanding of IT service delivery, governance, compliance, and provider management-related risks.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Business-level proficiency in both English and German.
