SAP Application Authorization Specialist

Taking responsibility for the transition and internal operation of SAP user and authorization management.

Defining future, group-wide SAP authorization services in close collaboration with business stakeholders.

Standardising, harmonising, and documenting SAP authorization concepts across the organisation.

Maintaining authorizations within a heterogeneous SAP environment, including ERP, BW, S/4HANA, SEM, SRM, IDM, PO, Solution Manager, APO, HR, and BusinessObjects systems.

Implementing and supporting application projects related to SAP authorizations.

Coordinating closely with SAP Basis, SAP Security, and Identity & Access Management teams.

Advising business partners and specialist departments, as well as coordinating external service providers.

Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.

Professional experience in analysing, designing, restructuring, and implementing SAP user and authorization management requirements.

Motivation to establish and further develop internal SAP user and authorization management operations and project support.

Business-level written and spoken English language skills.

A proactive, technology-oriented, and creative mindset.

An independent, structured, and team-oriented working style.

Strong intercultural skills, willingness to travel, and openness to learning new methodologies.
