About the Role:
We are hiring Fresh Graduates who are fluent in English and have basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Internet research. Candidates must be able to work during night shift with changes in work hours and work days. Please check the details below for full details:

Working Hours: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
                            10:00 AM to 7:00 PM 

                            02:00 PM to 11:00 PM 

                            07:00 PM to 04:00 AM 

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Subject to change from time to time)

Work Mode: Hybrid

What you'll do?

• Review internal work trackers to identify and prioritize daily assignments and pending tasks.
• Navigate company websites to locate and retrieve specific required documentation.
• Download and rename files in strict accordance with established company naming conventions.
• Upload documents to designated portals, ensuring files are placed in correct sections and verifying successful completion.
• Update internal tracking systems to mark tasks as complete once all uploads are verified.

Who can apply?

• Fresh graduate in any academic discipline.
• Computer literacy, basic knowledge on Google Sheets or MS Excel.
• Disciplined and organized, Good attention to details, Quick learner, Positive attitude.
• Excellent in speaking and writing ability.
• Must be able to work during night shift
• The candidate must be able to adapt with major changes in work hours and minor changes in work days. Sometimes work during weekends will be there (subject to overtime payment).
