Internship (Technical)

• Technical Operations Support: Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure seamless functioning and efficient troubleshooting within the technical team.
• Bug Analysis and Troubleshooting: Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues related to Viewpoint software, while documenting findings and solutions.
• Internal Tool Improvement: Collaborate with the team to enhance internal tools, focusing on functionality and user experience.
• Application Testing: Participate in software testing, including executing test cases, identifying issues, and maintaining quality standards.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Take on additional projects or tasks assigned by supervisors, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.

• Practical experience in debugging, application testing, and tool development.
• Mentorship from experienced professionals in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
• Exposure to the software development lifecycle and industry-standard tools and methodologies.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Passionate about software development and problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages, debugging, and software testing processes.
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
