Our PR team follows a “hybrid” model, requiring in-person attendance at our office located in São Paulo, some days per month.

The role of the Communications team is to craft narratives and messages that get to the heart of our business and create connections with internal and external audiences, contributing to strengthening our reputation with key stakeholders.
We are hiring for a PR Lead - Corporate Communications to drive press-ready, communications campaigns that demonstrate the positive impact of the digital transformation we’re bringing to the real-estate industry. This is an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Communications Outreach: Plan, build and execute creative and proactive communications campaigns to protect and enhance our reputation and transmit a positive narrative across press, social media, owned and operated channels and events.
- →Media Relations & Crisis Management: Work with reporters daily to build constructive relationships that allow us to tell our story and defend our brand.
- →Spokesperson Support: Coordinate and facilitate interviews, prepare briefing documents, manage speaker opportunities and train executives to act as media spokespersons when needed.
- →Communications Counsel: Advise executives and internal stakeholders regarding appropriate communications opportunities and strategies to support business needs.
Requirements
~1 min read- 6+ years as part of an in-house comms team, PR agency or news outlet;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus;
- Prior experience in the Brazilian tech, research or policy sectors is a plus;
- Execution with Impact: Proven ability to identify news opportunities and package them into communications strategies that drive measurable results.
- Critical Thinking: Analytical rigor and responsibility in narrative construction.
- Corporate Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in both Portuguese and English that support strategic decision-making.
- Articulation and Influence: Experience advising and supporting senior-level executives to build consensus and align interests across an organization.
- Collaboration/Autonomy: Work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a way that supports positive business growth and goals.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Comfort operating in a complex and dynamic environment.
