Veterinary ER Nurse Manager

• →Lead and develop the ER/ICU nursing team through coaching, training, performance management, and mentorship.
• →Oversee staffing, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and daily departmental operations.
• →Partner with veterinarians, specialists, and hospital leadership to ensure exceptional patient care and efficient workflows.
• →Support departmental growth, operational excellence, and a positive, accountable team culture.
• →Coordinate training and continuing education initiatives to promote clinical excellence.
• →Provide clinical leadership and support daily case flow as part of a growing 24/7 emergency service.

• Credentialed veterinary technician (LVT, RVT, CVT) with 3-5 years of emergency medicine experience.
• Leadership experience of 3-5 years required, with experience of at least 2 years in veterinary ER/Specialty medicine.
• Values the importance of accountability, the need to always act in the best interest of the patient and assumes positive intent when interacting with others.
• Has a genuine interest in connecting with clients, referring veterinarians, and the community we serve.
• Fear Free and RECOVER certification preferred
