We are hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to grow the middle of our funnel. The role pairs daily outbound engagement with campaign ownership. You will spend roughly half your time on personalized outreach (newsjacking emails, 1:1 outreach, cold calls, and social engagement) and the rest on lifecycle programs, social channels, marketing site content, and CRM. You will be responsible for the full result, from sourcing non-users to converting them into Marketing Qualified Leads in our HubSpot pipeline.

Run daily, small-batch newsjacking email campaigns to non-users tied to current events and trending topics.

Send personalized 1:1 outreach to high-value prospects on the expert and PR side.

Make targeted cold calls to convert warm leads and re-engage cooled prospects.

Engage with non-users on social (reposting, liking, commenting) to build presence and pull them into the funnel.

Hand off Marketing Qualified Leads into HubSpot for sales and account follow-up.

Build and manage lifecycle and CRM programs that accelerate free to paid conversion.

Own and optimize email and social channels, including managing contractors and specialists where needed.

Take campaigns and projects from strategy through execution, owning the result end to end.

Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, and adjust based on what the data shows.

Manage content on our WordPress marketing site, keeping it current, cohesive, and on-brand.

Partner with leadership to assess, approve, and prioritize marketing initiatives.

Proven generalist marketer with 1-2 years of experience who can flex across channels and own campaigns end to end.

Comfortable with daily outbound work, including cold calls and 1:1 personalized email. This is not a sit-behind-the-dashboard role.

Experience in lifecycle and email marketing, SEO, CRO, and social channels.

Experience driving growth for a marketplace, network, or SaaS platform.

Strong individual contributor who can execute independently.

Fluent across CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.

Resilient and persistent on outreach. You enjoy the conversation, not just the campaign.

Adaptable and collaborative. You can move from technical execution to cross-functional alignment without friction.
