Location: Pittsburg, CA - Serving Contra Costa County
Pay: $35.25 per hour for Associates registered with BBS
$40.25 per hour for Licensed Clinicians
Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am-4:30pm (hours may vary dependent on caseload)
At VistAbility's Lynn Center we provide therapy services for children ages 0–6 and extend support to the family unit, including children up to age 18 and adults. As a trauma-informed, family-centered program, we are committed to helping children and families heal, grow, and thrive.
This role is key to collaborating with families to craft and adjust an individualized plans in clinic, home, and community settings throughout Contra Costa County. Services Leading team meeting with providers, coordinating and establishing support to stabilize placements, facilitations, parent coaching, case management and more. This role requires flexibility, travel, and a strong commitment to serve. We're looking for someone who is compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated to making a meaningful impact.
Associate-Level Candidate Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field
- Registered as an Associate (ASW, AMFT, or APCC) with the California BBS
Licensed Candidates Requirements:

Licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in good standing with the licensing board
Requirements
~1 min read- Valid California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
- Comfortable providing therapy in clinic, home, school, and community settings with travel
- Open to a range of treatment modalities to meet diverse client needs
- Strong verbal/written communication and collaboration skills
- Team-oriented and flexible in working with multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Working with children under 6, particularly those with trauma, emotional, or behavioral challenges
- Experience in relevant responsibilities, such as case management, in-home services, therapy, family counseling, group work, resource navigation, intensive care coordination, care planning, assessments, or wraparound services.
- Familiarity with Medi-Cal documentation and billing
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Employer-paid benefits:

• Up to 2 weeks of paid jury duty
Retirement:

Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS rate for approved business travel.
Required business use of a personal cell phone is reimbursed through a semi monthly stipend.
