As a Product Manager II (PM2), you will independently own a product area or platform charter end-to-end—from strategy and roadmap definition to execution and measurable business impact. You will operate with significant autonomy, driving initiatives across customer experience, platform scalability, automation, growth, and monetization.
You will be expected to think beyond individual features and solve for systems, operational leverage, and the long-term evolution of the platform.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Engage regularly with customers, internal stakeholders, and ecosystem partners to deeply understand user pain points, workflows, and unmet needs.
- Leverage both qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Advocate for customer needs while balancing business objectives.
- Define and articulate a long-term product vision aligned with business goals and customer outcomes.
- Develop and maintain quarterly and annual product roadmaps.
- Identify strategic opportunities that enhance platform scalability, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and impactful solutions.
- Ensure products are designed with long-term sustainability, performance, and extensibility in mind.
- Drive platform thinking and reusable solutions across product areas.
- Create clear and comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and specifications.
- Prioritize initiatives effectively, balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Manage trade-offs and ensure timely, high-quality execution across product releases.
- Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for product initiatives.
- Monitor business performance and customer outcomes through data analysis and experimentation.
- Drive continuous improvement through hypothesis-driven development and iterative learning.
- Partner with banks, regulators, vendors, and ecosystem stakeholders to co-create industry-defining solutions.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and align diverse interests toward shared outcomes.
- Identify partnership opportunities that accelerate product adoption and business growth.
- 4–7 years of product management experience, preferably in technology, fintech, platforms, or high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of owning product strategy, execution, and business outcomes.
- Strong product execution, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience defining and tracking business metrics and customer success measures.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experimentation mindset with experience in A/B testing and iterative product development.
- Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Systems thinking with a platform-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Strong customer empathy balanced with sound business judgment.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
