→Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and run orientation programs.
→Employee Relations: Help solve workplace conflicts, answer team questions, and conduct exit interviews.
→Policy & Compliance: Enforce company rules and track regional labor laws and safety standards.
→Data & Administration: Maintain safe digital employee files using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and support payroll processing.
