Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Relevant experience working in a supportive role
Willing to undertake personal care
Confident working with challenging behaviour
A genuine interest in childcare
1 years experience as a Senior/Team Leader - duties including shift leading, medication, staff supervision

Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma
Experience in specialist care for children with autism, learning disabilities, or complex backgrounds

Responsibilities

→Carrying out risk assessments and updating care plans
→Administering medication
→Providing quality and consistent care to help meet social, emotional, and behavioural needs
→Supporting young people to do their favourite things and to try new activities
→Promoting child safety and welfare and working with relevant stakeholders to do the same
