Assembly Technician

This position is located full-time, onsite within our Re:Build Manufacturing facility in New Kensington, PA. In response to growth in our product offering and a strategic expansion of our capabilities, the Team at RBNK is growing and seeking to fill the position of Assembly Technician.

• →Installs/assembles various components, sub-assemblies, and hardware by following written & electronic drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• →Maintains inventory of components, hardware and other necessary department items.
• →Organize assembly area and maintain assembly equipment and tooling.
• →Contribute ideas and subject matter expertise to the continuous improvement of both the process and documentation
• →Communicates with Management, Team leads, Operators, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues
• →Completes legibly all reports and other associated paperwork

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Experience on an assembly line or similar within the manufacturing industry
• High school diploma or GED is PREFERRED
• Can read a basic drawing and work instructions
• Demonstrates in-process inspection competence.
• Demonstrates basic mathematical skills
• Has both mechanical and technical capacity.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
