Responsibilities

Operate laser and related equipment safely and accurately Load and unload parts and materials into machines Monitor machines during operation and detect any malfunctions Assemble and process parts according to specifications Inspect finished products to verify conformance to quality standards Record production and operational data as needed Follow all safety and quality procedures consistently Support general manufacturing tasks as needed on the shop floor What you bring to the team

  • Demonstrates competence to perform essential duties and responsibilities during a 90-day introductory period
  • Demonstrates inspection competence.
  • Effectively communicates and understands job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.

  • 2–3 years of CNC laser cutting experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
  • Proven experience cutting aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel materials
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and technical drawings
  • Strong mechanical competence with solid math and measurement skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Reliable teammate with excellent communication skills and willingness to work 2nd shift (Mon–Thurs, 4:00 PM 2:30 AM)
