As a driven Transaction Coordinator, you will oversee real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will be responsible for managing all required documentation and handling communication with internal and external parties. With a strong attention to detail, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing your time and priorities independently. You’re customer-focused, and organized, and have excellent communication skills, able to navigate tough conversations and ease clients’ concerns. You will ensure a seamless closing experience, providing top-notch service to all involved. To succeed, you bring significant experience in transaction coordination, a passion for organization, and a track record of successful execution.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Transaction Coordination: Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- →Documentation Management: Prepare, distribute, and review contracts, addendums, disclosures, and other required documents while maintaining accurate and compliant records.
- →Closing Process & Title Coordination: Manage closing events, moving schedules, and documentation. Initiate title orders and collaborate with title agencies to ensure smooth transactions.
- →Communication: Maintain proactive communication with clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- →HubSpot Data Management: Regularly update CRM with detailed transaction notes.
- →Issue Resolution & Task Assignment: Resolve transaction issues promptly and assign tasks to ensure timely completion.
- →Team Collaboration & Training: Support new team members with training on transaction coordination processes and best practices.
Requirements

- Experience: 2+ years in real estate/wholesale and transaction coordination.
- Skills: Strong communication, project management, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Technology: Proficiency with Google Apps, Outlook, CRM systems, Qualia, and other real estate tech preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Client Service: Commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
