- Full Time, Temporary (fixed-term) contract up to 12 months

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide accurate and timely HR advice to managers and staff.
- →Assist with the preparation of complex briefings, letters, and reports.
- →Assisting in preparing documentation associated with recruitment, classification management, performance management, and remuneration assessment processes.
- →Assist in the design and implementation of internal training programs.
- →Undertake minor research activities and projects into a range of HR practices.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in the provision of HR Services within a diverse organisation.
- Experience in HR Administration and human resource recruitment matters.
- Experience in providing advisory and consultancy services to managers and employees on a range of general Human Resource matters.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills which facilitate effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality generalist workforce advice and a high standard of customer service.
