About the Role
~1 min readDelivers nursing/midwifery care across diverse settings, progressing from competent to proficient practice. Accountable for clinical standards, delegated care, and mentoring staff. Supports unit leadership by promoting continuity of care, implementing practice improvements, and assisting with staffing, rostering, performance, and resource management. Work with and support the NUM and the Scrub Scout management team
