About the Role
~1 min readJoin our Cardiology team and deliver expert, patient centred care in a dynamic, high acuity setting. Support patients through complex cardiac surgery and help shape safe, evidence based care.
- Deliver acute pre and post operative care
- Support patient centred care plans
- Manage complex cardiac care needs
- Guide students and junior nursing staff
- Build strong multidisciplinary partnerships
