You are an organised and capable coordinator with experience in community, aged care, disability or health services. You can balance consumer needs with operational requirements, build strong working relationships and confidently coordinate staff and services. You bring sound judgement, initiative and a genuine commitment to consumer choice, independence and quality care.

To succeed in the Community Care Coordinator role, you will:

  • Have demonstrated experience and proficiency in a managerial or supervisory role, including the supervision of staff.
