About the Role
~1 min readAs Executive Officer to the OCEO, you’ll provide high-level strategic, ministerial, and confidential support, coordinating critical communications and briefing materials, and driving outcomes across key projects and committees. Working in a fast-paced and influential environment, you’ll be a trusted member of the team, problem-solver, and coordinator, ensuring executive priorities are delivered with precision, professionalism and impact.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinate and undertake the delivery of a range of confidential executive support services.
- →Take initiative in the identification of issues and actions related to urgent matters.
- →Provide secretariat support to a range of forums and committees.
- →Prepare and edit range of letters, minutes, reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- →Maintain, monitor, and coordinate appropriate office, correspondence and records managements systems.
Requirements

- Experience in providing efficient and professional executive services for meetings, committees and functions.
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team under limited direction.
- Experience in maintaining and monitoring records and information management systems.
