About the Role
~1 min readJoin CALHN as a Lung Cancer Respiratory Nurse Consultant and play a key role in coordinating expert, person-centred care for people with lung cancer. You’ll guide patients throughout their treatment journey, provide specialist clinical leadership and connect multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, evidence-based care.
- Coordinate care, support and advice across the treatment journey
- Deliver expert clinical care, education and symptom support
- Lead clinical practice and promote evidence-based care
- Build partnerships across multidisciplinary and primary care teams

You are an experienced and collaborative nurse who brings advanced respiratory and oncology expertise, strong leadership and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care. To be successful in this role you will:
- Hold current registration as a Nurse with NMBA
- Bring strong oncology and respiratory nursing experience
- Demonstrate expert respiratory nursing practice
- Lead teams with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bring experience in leadership, quality improvement and discharge planning
