About the Role
~1 min readJoin our pharmacy team in Port Pirie and make a meaningful difference to patient care through high quality, comprehensive medication management. As a Pharmacist, you will provide professional, dispensing, clinical, production and counselling services for inpatients and outpatients, helping optimise drug therapy and achieve safe, effective and cost efficient use of medicines.
Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will provide trusted medication and therapeutic advice to medical, nursing and other health professionals. You will contribute your expertise across a diverse range of pharmacy services while working within hospital and departmental policies, SA Health guidelines and State and Federal legislation.
You are a motivated pharmacist who enjoys working collaboratively, delivering excellent patient care and contributing to safe and effective medication management.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Board registration
- Provide clinical, dispensing and medicines information services
- Build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams
- Apply sound judgement, accuracy and attention to detail
