HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?     

  • Deliver high-quality social work services, including assessment, intervention, care planning, advocacy, and evaluation to support positive client outcomes.

  • Manage a diverse and increasingly complex caseload while promoting independence, self-management, and wellbeing within the community.

  • Contribute social work expertise to multidisciplinary service planning, care coordination, and the ongoing development of community-based programs

  • Build strong relationships with consumers, carers, Aboriginal communities, and key stakeholders to ensure culturally safe and responsive service delivery.

  • Support quality improvement, service evaluation, professional development, and evidence-based practice across the Community and Allied Health team.
