Credit Controller

We are currently recruiting for a part time Credit Controller to join our team based in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a key role within the Finance department, responsible for ensuring customer payments are received in line with targets, aged debt remains within acceptable levels, and both customer and internal queries are resolved promptly. The role requires the ability to balance explaining our services and ensuring invoices comply with customer payment processes, while proactively chasing outstanding payments and resolving any delays to payment.

This role is based on a 30-hour working week, with flexibility around start and finish times. We're open to discussing working patterns to find an arrangement that works for both you and the team.
