This role sits within the Office of the CEO and serves as a key partner to senior leadership. The Executive Operations Associate will provide high-level administrative support to multiple C-level executives while also contributing to strategic projects, cross-functional coordination, and company-wide initiatives. This is a highly visible position requiring strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate seamlessly between tactical execution and strategic support.
Responsibilities
~1 min readExecutive Support • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for multiple senior executives
- →Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries
- →Process and track expenses reports in a timely and accurate manner
- →Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to support communication flow and organizational priorities
- Assist in aligning executive activities with broader company initiatives
- Help “connect the dots” across teams, ensuring follow-through on key action items
- Support and contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives led by executive leadership
- Conduct research, prepare materials, and assist with execution of high-impact projects
- Balance ownership of both day-to-day responsibilities and longer-term initiatives
- Plan and coordinate executive-level meetings, including board meetings and leadership offsites
- Manage logistics such as venue coordination, materials preparation, catering, and technology setup
- Support internal events and cross-functional gatherings as needed
Requirements
~1 min read- 3–7+ years of experience supporting senior executives or working in operations, administration, or a related role
- Experience working in fast-paced, complex organizational environments (larger company experience preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in standard business tools (e.g., calendar management, expense systems, collaboration platforms)
- Ability to think critically and anticipate needs before they arise
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to share responsibilities across functions
- Capable of balancing tactical execution with strategic awareness
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Hybrid work environment with a general expectation of in-office presence several days per week
