Logistics & Sales Coordinator

A growing international distribution company is seeking a versatile and self-managed Logistics and Sales Coordinator. This dual-purpose role supports the Managing Director while managing the end-to-end flow of online orders and international logistics. The organisation operates across multiple online channels and is currently expanding its global footprint, requiring a candidate who can maintain a calm, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-office position suited for a professional who enjoys a mix of high-level administration (80%) and proactive sales support (20%). Key Responsibilities Order Management & Logistics: Oversee the full lifecycle of online orders across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment. International Supply Chain: Coordinate with global suppliers and manage the logistics of international shipments, including tracking and delivery monitoring. Executive Support: Act as a dedicated Personal Assistant to the Director, managing daily schedules and administrative priorities to ensure operational efficiency. Financial Administration: Process invoices accurately and maintain diligent records for all inbound and outbound sales. Customer Relations: Provide exceptional after-sales assistance and manage walk-in customers with a professional and helpful demeanour. Sales Coordination: Proactively manage pre-order customer lists and handle inbound sales enquiries to drive revenue growth. Requirements Highly proficient in both English and Afrikaans (Afrikaans first-language preference due to client base). Experience: Proven track record in office administration, logistics coordination, or a similar multifaceted role. Skills: Advanced capability in MS Excel is essential for tracking inventory and orders. Attributes: Strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task under pressure, and a self-managed work ethic. Logistics: Must possess a valid driver’s licence and reliable personal transport. Experience dealing with international suppliers or customs/shipping documentation. Previous exposure to e-commerce platforms or multi-channel distribution environments.
