Directing the operational flow and financial administration of an established non-profit organisation, this position supports governance, compliance, and organisational efficacy working alongside executive leadership. The role centres on maintaining statutory compliance, streamlining operational workflows, and managing organisational assets to ensure sustainable stewardship. Working flexi-time at 20 hours per week, the role balances trust administration, policy management, and day-to-day financial operations. Offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, there is potential for transition into a permanent position as organisational strategic processes progress. Key Responsibilities Manage organisational administration, governance, policies, and statutory compliance. Coordinate Trust and operational meetings, including the preparation and circulation of documentation and accurate minuting. Maintain legal compliance, statutory reporting, POPIA requirements, and insurance administration. Oversee vehicle licensing, servicing, and official records. Assist with financial administration, driving invoice tracking, banking support, and workflow processing. Ensure compliance documentation and banking letters are reviewed and updated on a quarterly basis. Manage asset registers, uniform stock, insurance claims, and operational resources. Ensure all policies, procedures, and organisational records remain accessible, current, and regularly reviewed. Requirements Tertiary Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years working experience in organisational administration. High attention to detail and a methodical approach to task execution. Numerical aptitude with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High willingness to engage with AI tools to streamline operational and administrative processes. Desirable Requirements Familiarity with specialised accounting and workflow tools (e.g., ApprovalMax).
