Red Cell Partners is an incubation firm building and investing in rapidly scalable technology-led companies that are bringing revolutionary advancements to market in three distinct practice areas: healthcare, cyber, and national security. United by a shared sense of duty and deep belief in the power of innovation, Red Cell is developing powerful tools and solutions to address our Nation’s most pressing problems.
Savoy Life is a technology-enabled healthcare services startup focused on making healthcare work for seniors and their caregivers. We exist because the senior population is exploding, medical spend is already out of control, and poorly coordinated care is wasting tens of billions of dollars every year. At the same time, the two resources we need most to address this problem - caregivers and primary care providers - are stretched thinner than ever.
Savoy aims to make aging better by restoring agency to seniors and integrating caregiving into the heart of healthcare to allow seniors to spend more quality days at home - and fewer days in the hospital. Today, this includes going into individual homes as well as partnering with senior living communities to coordinate and manage clinical gaps for these seniors, their caregivers, and the care ecosystem. Savoy deploys a team of clinical experts both in-person and virtually paired with proprietary technology to drive clinical outcomes – without disrupting the current care.
Savoy Life is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hands-on clinical support for seniors in various setting including individual homes, assisted living, independent living, memory care and beyond to support direct patient care as well as extensive care coordination. The RN will work with residents, POAs, primary care providers, community groups, on-site senior living leadership to identify care gaps and implement chronic condition care plans to improve resident outcomes.
