Minimum Requirements Industry Expertise: 8+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within Ads Quality or building Advertiser-facing products .
The Advertiser Optimization team is a strategic, high-growth engine within Reddit Ads. Our mission is to democratize high-performance advertising by enabling brands to achieve world-class results with minimal friction. We empower advertisers to identify their ideal audiences and scale their impact through sophisticated automation and intelligence.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
