Oversee and support Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 service management operations and incident resolution.
Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with Polygraph (or Sponsor clearance eligibility).
5+ years of software engineering experience, including demonstrated on-the-job experience developing custom ServiceNow applications.
Demonstrated experience analyzing and documenting web-based application, system, or service components and associated interfaces (including databases, web services, and APIs).
