The Clinical Solutions Manager will be a key member of our Solutions Strategy team who is a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to healthcare

~1 min readAct as the primary clinical expert during pre-sales, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
Conduct discovery sessions to assess clinical workflows, challenges, and operational needs.
Present solution demonstrations that highlight clinical relevance, efficiency gains, and patient-care impact.
Partner with sales teams to craft value-based proposals and clinical narratives.
Develop tailored recommendations that align product capabilities with client goals.
Be the product expert in the room during sales-cycle
Be the subject matter expert of Redi’s internal platform that builds the client programs.
Work with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, identify gaps, and guide enhancements.
Provide clinical & technical workflow optimization strategies to optimize patient experience.
Participate and at times lead calls and functions during client implementations externally
Serve as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance, training, and support to uplift the overall implementation function.
Serve as an internal and external clinical resource, staying current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Represent the organization at conferences, webinars, and client meetings.
3–5+ years of clinical or industry expertise in a healthcare setting (retail, ambulatory, specialty, etc.) or patient support experience.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare delivery models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, solution-focused discussions.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel (20-30%) to support & lead sales conversations, implementations, and industry conferences.
Nice to Have
~1 min readBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, or related field.
Experience with healthcare software, clinical decision support, care management platforms, or medical devices.
Experience interacting with Life Science companies and their patient support tooling
Experience in a client-facing, consulting, or pre-sales role.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (HIPAA, CMS, FDA, etc.).
