Analyst, Cost

Assist in the financial analysis and make recommendations for various divisions and business units. Support Guest Contact Center and UPRV through reconciliation of various accounts.

• →Maintain accuracy of UPRV Financial System; process adjustments, perform month end close duties and provide monthly reporting.
• →Complete routine financial reports to process and pay Travel Agency Commissions and Airline vendor payments.
• →Research vendor payment issues and makes recommendations for resolution. Complete miscellaneous billing requests.
• →Complete month-end close duties, including report review and journal entries in SAP.
• →Assist with applicable ad-hoc projects and requests.
• →Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• →Performs other duties as assigned.

• Associate degree (AA) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• 1+ year of Finance experience;
