• →Uploading and editing website content using various tools (no content creation required; assets and materials are prepared and provided, and in most cases uploaded by other teams).
• →Performing Quality Assurance to identify and resolve issues before live deployment.
• →Coordinating with the project management team to define next steps, meet deadlines, and prevent potential issues.
• →Maintaining daily communication with all Content Editors.
• →Participating in discussions with Project Managers regarding ongoing projects.
• →Sharing trends and use cases with Content Editors, Project Managers, and delivery teams.
• →Identifying and leveraging new solutions or approved AI/third-party tools to improve efficiency.
• →Consistently delivering high-quality work.

• Min. 2 years of experience in website editing role.
• CMS (AEM/Contentful) experience and knowledge - capable to upload and/or edit pages/content in the CMS platforms.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS codes to spot errors/problems.
• Curious work approach; attention to detail; critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize, pause, continue and switch between tasks in an efficient way.
• Quality Assurance on delivered tasks - Checking content/pages after creation and catching & fixing issues/errors before delivering it to the PM/Client.
• English fluency

• Up-to date Accessibility knowledge for web standards
• JIRA, Monday.com or ASANA experience
• Experience in CMS other than Contentful and AEM
• SEO or PM knowledge
