The Commercial Real Estate Industry Practice Lead is responsible for advising existing and prospective customers (Corporate Real Estate, Workplace, Sustainability, Facilities leaders and others) on CRE trends and benchmarks, data, analytics, risk, efficiency and cost saving assessments and best practices. The CRE Industry Practice Lead will work with prospective customers and domain specialists to address customers’ use cases and facilitate platform architecture leveraging the RefineRE solutions suite.

  • Driving sales and customer engagement: design market outreach strategy (with sales, marketing and product management teams); serve as a trusted advisor to customers; proactively work with prospective clients through the sales process, providing technical assistance and guidance as required; respond to functional and technical queries of RFIs and RFPs; qualify and lead the Proof of Concept (POC) process in the sales cycle.
  • Industry engagement & thought leadership: develop and maintain industry stakeholder relationships; speak at industry events; publish thought leadership written and digital content. Demonstrate credibility and thought leadership in commercial real estate industry.
  • Market feedback for product development: translate emerging market themes and regulatory requirements into product requirements to future proof our solutions; identify valuable white space; build business case for product development and improvement.
  • Internal education: conduct training sessions on customer use cases, our solution set and emerging trends; serve as an informal coach and expert to product consultants, sales professionals and customer success teams.
  • Own the development of our sustainability practice including identifying product requirements, trends, use cases and ensure RefineRE is on the forefront of regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of CRE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or similar field
  • 10+ years of experience working within the corporate real estate sector, sustainability or CRE tech
  • Ability to interact with Senior level stakeholders, build relationships with new prospects, be a trusted thought leader
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Travel up to 50%
