Responsibilities

→Edit and review all e-commerce images
→Organize, creatively crop, upload and archive photos with correct file naming conventions
→Format and enhance all image content; maintain file size and crop specification guidelines
→Upload imagery to back end of site and audit work
→Color correct garments in photos from physical samples
→Retouch Editorial and special project imagery
→Ensure visual consistency of product images

A keen eye for fashion/model photography as well as still life product photography and photo composition
A strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency
Ecommerce experience
Editorial retouching experience
Strong sense of problem solving skills
Ability to adapt to changes quickly

Must have 2-3 years of professional experience in image retouching, editing/photography
Fashion/retail and/or e-commerce experience
Strong organizational, multitasking skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment required

What We Offer

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base hourly range is $30-$34 per hour, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

Please note that compensation decisions are made thoughtfully and may vary from the listed range to reflect individual circumstances and evolving business needs. Our total rewards package also includes benefits, perks, and opportunities for growth that contribute to overall compensation.
