The Front Office Assistant oversees the patient experience. They deliver the Rehab United brand of service with the utmost kindness, compassion, professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities

Greet and check-in patients when they arrive to the office.

Have patient complete required forms, obtains necessary signatures, and accurately enter the patient information for registration.

Ensure all insurance, personal, and health information is obtained and verified prior to each patient's appointment.
- →
Maintain daily scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments.
- →
Respond to heavy volume of incoming calls for appointments and other requests.
- →
Collect patient co-payments, deductibles, and prior balances.
- →
Explain payment policy/billing procedures and financial responsibility to patients.
- →
Prepare and properly file patient forms.
- →
Balance daily monies and receipts, and ensure accuracy of fee tickets and batch summaries.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Superb customer service & communication skills
Attention to detail, organization & prioritization
Efficient time management, particularly in high pressure scenarios, while maintaining professionalism and composure
Simple math skills using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
Ability to grasp computer systems quickly
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Nice to Have
