International Mission Trip Application 2027

Welcome to Reliant!

We are so excited that you are partnering with us for your church's mission trip!

Reliant partners with missional churches and Gospel-centered nonprofits to mobilize support-based missionaries for the Great Commission. We are a mission agency. We serve as a hub between the local churches, missionaries, and generous donors who support the work. We are partnering with churches to help support the church by providing a way for finances to run smoothly for their mission trips. You can learn more about Reliant at reliant.org

*This application is for ALL trip participants, including both adults and minors. Minors (those under 18 years old as of the first day of your trip) must have a parent or legal guardian complete this form.
