Key Responsibilities
● Identify, target, and recruit new channel partners (IT service providers, MSPs,
cybersecurity consultancies.
● Conduct outbound prospecting through email campaigns, cold calls, follow-ups, and
maintain lead tracking in the CRM.
● Present and clearly articulate the value proposition (cybersecurity services) and
Uncloak (continuous scanning, device monitoring, real-time threat alerts) to potential
partners and their clients.
● Build and manage a pipeline of partner-led opportunities, overseeing the full partner
sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
● Develop and maintain partner enablement materials, including datasheets,
onboarding guides, pricing, demos, and training resources.
● Track partner performance, set joint targets, and conduct regular business reviews to
maintain strong partner engagement.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to execute joint channel campaigns (webinars,
email nurture sequences, events) to drive partner-led lead generation.
● Maintain accurate partner and opportunity data within the CRM and provide weekly
and monthly reports on partner pipeline, new sign-ups, and channel revenue.

Required Skills & Experience
● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in channel sales, business development, or partner
management (preferably within IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, or
SaaS).
● Proven experience recruiting and enabling channel partners and driving revenue
through partner ecosystems.
● Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold emailing, cold calling, and lead
qualification.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and
articulate technical value propositions.
● Ability to work effectively with marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams.
● Good understanding of cybersecurity or managed IT services markets.
● CRM proficiency (e.g., Zoho) and ability to report on pipeline metrics.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
