As a Graphic Designer at Remoteli Rwanda, you will be responsible for creating visually striking designs and animations for various projects across our international clientele. Working in a remote setting, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketers, content creators, and project managers, to bring our clients' visions to life through captivating visuals and animations. Your expertise in graphic design and animation, paired with a strong command of the English language, will be essential in delivering exceptional solutions and elevating our clients' brands.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and animations for web and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging visual content for promotional campaigns.
• Conceptualize and execute animations and motion graphics for videos and interactive media.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all visual materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design and animation trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
• Utilize design software and animation tools to bring ideas to life efficiently.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, meeting project deadlines and client expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding design solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of practical experience as a Graphic Designer and Animator.
• Proficient English communication skills (verbal and written) for effective collaboration with international clients and teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and animation projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience with animation and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Understanding of design principles, composition, and colour theory.
• Ability to translate client requirements and concepts into visually appealing designs and animations.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Creative flair and a passion for exploring new design and animation techniques.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with 3D modelling and animation.
• Knowledge of video editing and post-production techniques.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Previous experience in a remote work setting.
