Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Paid Search Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing Google and Microsoft Ads accounts, with experience in account and campaign creation, pixel implementation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Google and Microsoft Ads accounts, whether agency or client-owned.
- Develop and implement effective advertising campaigns, following naming conventions for consistency.
- Ensure accurate pixel implementation to track conversions and user interactions.
- Conduct troubleshooting to identify and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies.
- Perform quality assurance and auditing to maintain the integrity of campaigns and accounts.
- Link accounts with SA360 (Search Ads 360) for enhanced performance tracking and management.
- Set up and troubleshoot SA360 for optimal campaign performance.
- Manage Google Merchant Centre feeds to ensure product data accuracy.
- Implement scripts and automation to streamline campaign management.
- Set up alerts for major issues and take proactive measures to address them.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Google and Microsoft Ads accounts.
- Familiarity with account and campaign creation processes.
- Proficiency in pixel implementation and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following naming conventions.
- Knowledge of SA360 and experience with setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Google Merchant Centre feed management.
- Proficiency in script implementation and automation.
- Ability to set up alerts and respond to major issues promptly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications are a plus.
