Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to support a UK-based employer in identifying business needs and delivering data-driven solutions. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.

• →Manage and support the gathering and analysis of business requirements across departments
• →Handle process mapping, gap analysis, and solution documentation for key business initiatives
• →Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
• →Maintain accurate records of requirements, user stories, project documentation, and change logs
• →Use relevant tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and business intelligence platforms
• →Support the wider team with project delivery, stakeholder workshops, and UAT coordination
• →Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and drive business value

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in requirement gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation tools
• Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
• Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
