Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to support a UK-based employer in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.

• →Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and departments
• →Handle candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer management
• →Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
• →Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, job requisitions, and hiring data
• →Use relevant tools such as ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
• →Support the wider team with employer branding, talent pooling, and recruitment reporting
• →Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Proficient in ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
• Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
• Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
