We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic UK-based staffing and events support business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless coordination of workforce operations, scheduling, and client communication across multiple projects.
Working with a globally recognised organisation, you will be responsible for managing workforce logistics, supporting recruitment efforts, and maintaining operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate and manage workforce scheduling, ensuring all staff are allocated effectively

Support recruitment and onboarding of temporary staff

Communicate daily with staff, clients, and internal teams regarding schedules and updates

Distribute work briefs and weekly schedules to workforce teams

Maintain accurate records within the CRM system, ensuring all data is up to date

Monitor daily check-ins and workforce activity via internal systems

Process timesheets, payroll data, and invoicing information

Prepare reports, operational data, and general correspondence

Conduct performance tracking, reviews, and workforce assessments

Manage client relationships and support account management activities

Assist with lead generation and project coordination
Requirements
~1 min readMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a coordination, scheduling, recruitment, or administrative role (e.g. Staff Coordinator, Planner, Recruiter, Administrator)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using CRM systems is advantageous
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a suitable home working setup
