As a Loyalty Marketing Executive at Sainsbury's, you will play a critical role in driving digital Nectar customer growth through engaging, targeted marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include understanding the loyalty strategy and delivering activities that enhance customer loyalty and support overall business performance. You will collaborate with internal teams and agencies to develop and execute plans across various channels, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. By working closely with the Analytics team, you will leverage data analytics to drive insights, accurate forecasting, and customer targeting. Your success will be measured by delivering agreed customer and commercial metrics, accurate forecasting, campaign KPIs, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure operational excellence in campaign delivery.

As a Loyalty Marketing Executive at Sainsbury's, you are a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of CRM and loyalty marketing campaigns, possessing the experience and skills necessary to drive customer loyalty and support overall business performance. With your expertise in end-to-end delivery of direct marketing campaigns, strong creative and communication abilities, and proficiency in data analytics, you excel in managing multiple stakeholders, resources, and campaigns simultaneously while delivering impactful results and meeting campaign KPIs. Your strategic mindset, stakeholder management skills, and commitment to operational excellence ensure the successful implementation of engaging, targeted marketing campaigns to drive digital Nectar customer growth and long-term loyalty for Sainsbury's.

Essential criteria

  • Demonstrable experience delivering end-to-end CRM or loyalty marketing campaigns.
  • Experienced in executing targeted, multi-channel direct marketing activity.
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive customer insights, segmentation, and campaign performance
  • Ability to forecast, track, and deliver against campaign KPIs and commercial targets
  • Experience working closely with analytics teams to inform targeting and optimisation
