We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Advisor to be one of the key faces of the boutique in New York, someone who can bring the Maison's craftsmanship story to life through genuine, personalized client relationships.
As Client Advisor, you'll deliver an exceptional, considered experience to every client who walks through the door, while helping to uphold the Maison's identity, values, and positioning on the floor every day.
You'll be a driving force behind the boutique's client experience and sales performance, building genuine relationships, understanding what each client is truly looking for, and guiding them through the Maison's collection with real product knowledge and craft. You'll work closely with the Boutique Manager to help the store run smoothly and represent the brand at the highest level.
This role is ideal for a polished, experienced luxury retail professional who takes real pride in the details, of service, of product, and of the relationships they build over time.
A genuine passion for retail, craftsmanship, and building long-term client relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong listening ability and real attention to detail
Impeccable presentation and a natural sense of discretion and polish
A strong appreciation of product and an understanding of artisanal craftsmanship
Confident and commercially minded, without ever feeling like a hard sell — client trust comes first
Requirements
~1 min read3+ years of successful experience in premium or luxury retail sales is required
Flexible availability, including weekends and key trading periods
Deliver a personalized, considered experience to every client, consistent with the Maison's positioning
Build genuine, lasting relationships that turn first-time visitors into loyal, returning clients
Listen closely to understand each client's needs, taste, and occasion to guide them to the right piece
Drive individual sales performance in support of overall boutique targets
Bring deep product knowledge to every interaction, confidently guiding clients across the full collection
Identify natural opportunities to introduce clients to complementary pieces, always led by genuine fit, not pressure
Help maintain impeccable product presentation and boutique standards at all times
Support stock accuracy and day-to-day operational needs alongside the Boutique Manager and team
Assist with special events and product launches as needed
Represent the Maison's identity, heritage, and craftsmanship story authentically in every client interaction
Stay closely informed on the collection, materials, and artisanal process to speak to it with real confidence
Strong individual sales performance and contribution to boutique targets
Genuine client loyalty and growth of a personal client following over time
Consistent, polished representation of the brand in every interaction
Positive contribution to a cohesive, high-performing boutique team
